[Web-cyradm] Furthering Web-CyrAdm's functionality

Hi all

A brief history of Xerxes.

At the beginning of the Xerxes effort, Qwik.Net had requirements for an
email management system which we posted for discussion on a number of
lists including the Web-Cyradm list.  Those requirements included virtual
mail domains and FQUN = login name.  No solution was found.

Web-Cyradm came close.  Since our requirements did not exist in the
open-source Web-Cyradm code, we developed our own extensions to that code.
 That development process took some time and we stayed in touch with the
Web-Cyradm community during that time.

After we had developed and tested our code, Luc, I believe it was, said
that our code had diverged too far from his, would constitute a major
rewrite of Web-Cyradm, and therefore would not be considered for inclusion
in the Web-Cyradm effort.

With that, Xerxes was born.
