[Web-cyradm] Cant login to Web-Cyradm

i had the similar problem some days ago, after installing a lot of php
packages it was working, but i dont know what the final package was
and mysql apache cyrus and postfix, sasl. and many more has to work correct.
there is no log stuff that you can look what is missing, chamge maybe
the log level of apache to devel and be sure after getting it working,
that you use https for webcyradm

i remember that some packages were missing, like php stuff pear
