[Web-cyradm] Problem with OpenSuse 11.0 and PHP5

the web-cyradm log file is empty, but after looking again i found this in  
the apache error log:

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function bindtextdomain() in  
/srv/www/htdocs/web-cyradm/index.php on line 74
