[Web-cyradm] documentation question

Hello;
I have a copy of Postfix-Cyrus-Web-cyradm-HOWTO
and there is there a reference to php v 4.x. That
dates this documentation somewhat, as I have
php v 5.2x and I think it is up to 5.3x currently.
Are there any significant changes to consider?
I am also going to use it on FreeBSD v 6.2.
I installed Cyrus Imap23 from ports. I have
Postfix installed and running, Apache with
php installed and running, MySQL installed
but I have yet to configure it. I have obtained
the latest cyr-adm tarball but have not built/installed
it yet. I did browse through the archives and
did not find anything relevant.
Can someone suggest the best hard copy
publication for this?
