[Web-cyradm] web-cyradm "isn't redirecting properly"

Hello there,

I have installed web-cyradm-0.5.4-1 on a debian etch (testing version,
AMD64). I did not configure Postfix and Cyrus yet, but I did notice that I
cannot login to web-cyradm. In fact, in IE of FF I do not even see the login
page (I can do this without any problems in "links", console http client).
But I should be able to, right? As long as I create the database and edit
conf.php correctly ...
In FF, I get this error:

The page isn't redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this
address in a way that will never complete.

    * This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to
accept
          cookies.

I am using php5 and apache2, in general there should not be too much wrong
with them, because phpmyadmin works fine. I did try to copy web-cyradm from
webroot of a working installation - and I have got the same results.

What could be wrong, has anyone got a clue?
