[Web-cyradm] Problem with upper Letters in Mail Adress

Try:
man imapd.conf(5):

     normalizeuid: 0
         Lowercase uid and strip leading and trailing blanks. It is recommended
         to set this to yes, especially if OpenLDAP is used as authentication
         source.
     lmtp_downcase_rcpt: 0
         If enabled, lmtpd will convert the recipient address to lowercase
         (up to a '+' character, if present).

as transport to cyrus is done via lmtp  a lmtp_downcase_rcpt: 1 should be enough.
