You should get svn-trunk version of web-cyradm:
http://www.web-cyradm.org/web-cyradm-svn-trunk.tar.gz
and in conf.php file set $DOMAIN_AS_PREFIX = 1 AND $FQUN = 1.

In your imap.conf you should have this line:
unixhierarchysep: yes

It should help.
