[Web-cyradm] Many mysql process status sleep user mail

Hi,
I'm usign web-cryadm from 2 years on a sarge server without any problem,
but unfortunately since a week I noticed a big problem with mysql,
often when a site hosted on the server do a query to mysql the answer is
TOO MANY CONNECTIONS
looking for to solve the problem I see that there are more than 50 process
in execution 
by user mail ....and all process have the status Sleep
 
I tried to stop postfix saslauthd cyrus and remove all process but after the
the
restart of postfix and other daemons again many many process are started
from mail user
 
here log message and error message

postfix/smtpd[32558]: OTP unavailable because can't read/write key database
/etc/opiekeys: No such file or directory
and also some line report
saslauthd[32313]: (pam_unix) could not identify user from getpwnam

please someone could help me to find the solution about this problem?
