[Web-cyradm] Spin-off version of web-cyradm

I had the same error when trying to browse with (argh) IE7...now i've just 
firefoxed there and it works fine...

Weird.. I just checked the log files, and no errors are reported there. 
Others has been in and used pages, the logs shows some changes and 
surfing around, but no errors.
