[Web-cyradm] can't install cerificate via web https

Hello All,

I have SMTP AUTH configuration for my mail server.
I've used to install certificates for users machines via web, going to
https://mydomain.com:995

The problem is that entering that URL now I'm getting:
"Forbidden
You were denied access because:
Access denied by access control list."

I think it started after I've moved from cyrus to lmtp delivery, but I'm not
sure.

Could someone shed some light on this problem?
