Hi,
It is posible in version 0.5.5 of web-cyradm without any pathes.

- change conf.php like this:
$DOMAIN_AS_PREFIX = 1;
$FQUN = 1;

- add to imap.conf:
unixhierarchysep: yes
virtdomains: yes
