Hi-
I saw the picture. That was a common symptom in Web-Cyradm as well.

Do you have:
php-mysql installed?
Pear DB installed?
Is there an access control system (like selinux) that is disallowing
apache from connecting to MySQL?
Can the user you created for MySQL connect?

That should get you started towards the right path.
