[Web-cyradm] Added EXPERIMENTAL support for username=emailaddress to SVN - test server

Looks nice at the first glance :)

1) I think that most bothers me is a lack of "First Name" "Last Name"
columns when viewing accounts and of course searching capability at those
fields.

2) It would be nice to have a button "view all" in the account view, to
present all accounts in the domain.

Could you add these features to SVN?
