[Web-cyradm] Added EXPERIMENTAL support for username=emailaddress to SVN - test server

We did the same here (to use web-Cyradm with Cyrus´ ability to support 
virtual Domains)  but our "testserver" just entered productive use so i 
wont make it public now...
Also added some functionality to the interface.

If anyone would like to have a look at it i could post it (code is 
documented where it differs from the original)
