[Web-cyradm] Problem with domain managers

I now have web-cyradmin to the point where I can create domains, e-mail
addresses, etc.  I've tested sending e-mail to an address created in
web-cyradmin and that works fine.

I just tried to create a domain manager account, and although the account
was successfully created the account doesn't appear to be functional.  If I
log in to the domain manager account I'm taken directly to the "Browse
Domains" page, but at the top of the page it says "No domain selected" and
the columns for domainname, prefix, etc. are all empty.  I've tried
re-creating the domain manager account a few times and made sure the domain
name is spelled correctly but I haven't gotten it to work.  Suggestions?
