[Web-cyradm] cant login, pear problems

Hey everyone!

Im having trouble getting the admin user to login on my new install! Ive 
had webcyradm working on an FC3 server but this is the first time ive 
tried it on FC5.
System setup:
Custom Compiled Mysql 5
Custom Compiled Apache2.2
Custom Compiled PHP with the following config command:
'./configure' '--with-apxs2=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs' '--with-mysql' 
'--with-gettext' '--with-PEAR'
cyrus imap compiled from src rpm

Im getting the DATABASE error when i try to log in. So that tells me 
there must be something wrong with PEAR and PHP. In my php.ini file i 
have this as the include path:
; UNIX: "/path1:/path2"
include_path = "/usr/local/lib/php"

A dir called PEAR is in the php dir and there is a DB.php and DB 
directory in the php directory.

pear list command lists these packages installed:

Well hopefully i provided enough information for someone to help me!
