[Web-cyradm] Some errors when I add an account to my system

please use Textmessages instead of html Messages on this List,
i is very difficult to answer on html messages!

Use the CVS Version witch has many patches and bugfixes in it.

You should always use the latest stable Versions from your Distribution.
using yum is a good way with stable repositorys enabled in it.
