[Web-cyradm] Some errors when I add an account to my system

Okay, my replay was a little bit too fast :D

I didn't know that INBOX is the top-level-folder and any other foldes have
to be subfolders.
but - as defined in the imapd.conf - why are there no folders named Trash
Sent or Drafts??

p.s.  i can create folders as inbox's subfolders :D
