[Web-cyradm] Errors when trying to Setup Forwarding

Hi Everyone,

I thought I was able to fix the forwarding problem in Webcyradm, but I 
didn't.  I was able to setup SmartSieve, and forwarding works through that 
program.  But when I try to setup email forwarding in Webcyradm, I'm getting 
the following errors:

Notice: Undefined index: action in /usr/local/www/webcyradm/validate.inc.php 
on line 45
Notice: Undefined variable: newalias in 
/usr/local/www/webcyradm/validate.inc.php on line 274

Webcyradm says Forwarding is set, but forwarding does not work.  Please let 
me know what is causing these errors and if these are related to fowarding 
not working.
