I like Ilohamail because it's light, no nonsense, and gets the job done.
If you want/ need a ton of bloat, err.. bells/whistles, take a look at
Squirrelmail.  If you go with that then make sure to keep a close eye
on security patches as it doesn't exactly have the best track record.
