Follow-up Comment #2:

"But I found out when removing an address from an account, it won't get be
deleted when the same address is a destination from an alias . I think this
should also be fixed."

alias at domain -> address at domain
address at domain -> accountname

Do you think if you delete accountname or address at domain alias at domain should
be deleted too?
