[Web-cyradm] [bug #11920] FORWARD BUG -> ACCOUNT UNUSABLE

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #11920 (project web-cyradm):

1. Web-cyradm is not tested on systems with username=email address. Maybe
0.5.6 will be.

2. There are 2 methods of setting forwarding.
First one (in main account window) works on mysql tables and forwards all
email addresses of this account.
Secound one works on sieve scripts and forwards messagess for particular
email address, not all of them.
