let me add more about muy problem.
this is how a password generated by the program passwd on my linux is alike:

$1$8wN.dbD8$DfDUP5UbDO0AR6.bw7RsO.

this is how a password generated by web-cyradm is alike:

2e6oWpWB48ZILA

I think that web-cyradm does not do the same that the program password on my 
linux.
