[Web-cyradm] Authentication issue with dotted usernames

Hi all,

I'm having problems logging into IMAP (Cyrus) with usernames
that contain more than 2 dots.

For example, logging in with the username a.b.c.domain.com
fails, with the following message in the log:

Apr 28 11:58:15 main saslauthd[428]: db_checkpasswd called.
Apr 28 11:58:15 main saslauthd[428]: pam_mysql: where clause =
Apr 28 11:58:15 main saslauthd[428]: SELECT password FROM accountuser
WHERE username='a.b.c'
Apr 28 11:58:15 main saslauthd[428]: pam_mysql: select returned more
than one result
Apr 28 11:58:15 main saslauthd[428]: returning 7 after db_checkpasswd.
Apr 28 11:58:15 main saslauthd[428]: do_auth         : auth failure:
[user=a.b.c] [service=imap] [realm=domain.com] [mech=pam] [reason=PAM
auth error]

Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this?

Thanks :)
