[Web-cyradm] Cyrus 2.2.3 virt domains + Web-cyradm 0.5.4 patch

Yes , may usernames are like their emails in form name.surname at domain.com 
I use in cyrus 2.2.3 with web-cyradm 0.5.4:
virtdomains: yes
unixhierarchysep: yes

One change:
