i have this in my aliases:

public.spam: "|/usr/bin/formail -I \"From \" |/usr/cyrus/bin/deliver -e 
  -a cyrus -m public^SPAM

public.notspam: "|/usr/bin/formail -I \"From \" |/usr/cyrus/bin/deliver 
-e -a cyrus -m public^NOTSPAM


now it is working :-)
