How about its acutal mailbox? I had problems with woody (main stable)
and webcyradm. Try and check by command line to see if all users got
their mailbox right.

Ok, this might mean that you can use pwcheck socket. Are you using
postfix chrooted? If so, you must symlink everything into chroot jail.

Pls send logs examples from mail.log, auth.log and mysql.log (if
relevant).

Same problem: either that mbox does not exist or you can't talk to
pwcheck. To my very personal experience, pop3d hardly have problems with
pwcheck and so i'd guess that something went wrong when you created all
mboxes.
