I think these people who didn't like banner/ads have installed an 
browser which can block them.
So if you add some on web-cyradm.org nobody* will complain.
* There is allways one or two who screaming about everything ;-)

I just have no banner/ads on my page because 500 visitors per month are 
too less to earn money.
