[Web-cyradm] Please Help A Newbie

Good day, I am 2 months new to Linux and 8 hours new to Cyradm.

I followed the tutorial at:

(well I had to install a couple of packages with src.rpms instead of from
the binaries, as I kept getting compiler errors.

However, I have all the mentioned files in place and configured as directed.
When I pull up web-cyradm I get the login page but I cannot get past it, not
even an error or anything.  I am using the default cyrus/secret password
(which I of course plan to change once I get everything up and running).  

I installed the system on FC1 minimal install package.  So I have been
building as I go.

Please tell me what other information I need to pass along.
