Running strace -f on /usr/cyrus/bin/master didn't show the mux.  Trying to
find mux.sock turns up nothing either.     /var/run/saslauthd contains

I've already tried rebuilding cyrus-sasl and cyrus-imap.  I didn't
encounter any errors but the results are the same.  Very puzzling.
