[Web-cyradm] web-cyradm website reachable via wap and pda

Folks,

Wesa (Christian Wessalowski) made some cool stuff. Now you can access 
the web-cyradm website with your mobile phone or PDA.

URLs:

- Phone: http://wap.web-cyradm.org
- PDA: http://pda.web-cyradm.org

While the WAP version is in wml, the pda URL is in html optimzed for 
mobile devices.

This is just out of the box in typo3 (clever programming -> 
http://www.typo3.org) functionality with some advanced configuration.
