Or also, if you don't mind digging into a littler perl code,
http://freshmeat.net/projects/dada/ could easily be adapted to read its list
from a database I bet.

I've used both.  I don't care for MySQL too much, so I use the dada package
more frequently (mailgust requires MySQL last I checked).  It uses plain
text files, but I like its ability to send an html formatted mail by
grabbing an existing web-page.

Folks,

I need a massmailer to customer custumers about important changes etc. 
Does anybody now a good tool, that sucks the email adresses out of a SQL 
database? So it could easely be configured to get the data from the 
web-cyradm database.

If such a tool does not exist, I maybe going to enhance web-cyradm with 
a basic facility for that.
