[Web-cyradm] Cyrus 2.2.3 virt domains + Web-cyradm 0.5.4 patch

The problem is from 2.1.17 of cyrus-sasl (I didnt want to check versions, but
the last number is 17 version, it's 3.30 am in Lithuania;), because this
version and 18 version split username and realms. But check the CVS of
cyrus-sasl, and -r option.
