[Web-cyradm] Cyrus 2.2.3 virt domains + Web-cyradm 0.5.4 patch

I use web-cyradm+cyrus 2.2.x from alpha stages+postfix+pam_mysql and username
= email (like user at domain.com). It works ok for me;) Some changes are needed
to php code. Recently I wrote email to Luc about these changes and about
issues of cyrus-sasl with username in user at domain.com form.
I dont want repeat these emails;)
