Original Submission:  Hello,
I would like to remind you, that it would be good to add possibility to enable/disable user account. This was discussed in mailling list several times, and I think this is reasonable to add it. (you could do like this:  add fields into table with values "1" or "0" for every service: imap, pop3, smtp (for authentication of relay); then just add in pam_mysql select something like "where imap=1" or pop3=1, or smtp =1).
