[Web-cyradm] Shared folders - how?

Hello,

How do I manage shared folders in a Postfix+Cyrus+Web-cyradm setup?

Should a create a special user for the shared folders and then modify
ACLs on it, or is it begger to create some top-level folders for this
purpose?

By the way:
My "cyradm" command-line program doesn't seem to work: It hangs, no
matter what command line arguments I use (according to strace, cyradm is
asking me for a password, but I see no prompt in the console; no
relevant messages in any error logs, as far as I can see). Have anyone
seen anything like it? Is there a way to administer ACLs through
web-cyradm? If not: Is there another web administration tool that
someone can suggest?
